At CDSS we aim to organize an ongoing set of programs to foster learning through the arts, music, and culture. We are open to all ages and offer variety of programs that enables anyone to expand their views and become connected and engaged. We organize various workshops and camps so that artistic talent is enhanced, and a community building is initiated.
This is integral part of our service delivery whereby we organize events that showcases the cultures within the Indo-Canadian community. Individuals come together and share their talents in various types of dance and other performing arts to foster learning through the exchange of experiences.
Regular shows are presented throughout the year, each with their own style and backgrounds. When we enjoy music together, we not only advance the public’s appreciation of the music but create community. Through this initiative our aim is to support the artists and talents of the newcomers and youth of Indo-Canadian origin.
